The Finance Department consists of the Accounting, Analysis Groups and Sales Document Administration Subdivision. The Accounting Group is responsible for preparing and monitoring the company's budget, managing money flows, and performing accounting. The Analysis Team prepares analytical reports on the company's operations. The main responsibilities of the Sales Document Administration Department are to administer data on trips, routes, orders, and transportation, and to manage cargo documents.
Sales and Development department
The Sales and Development Department consists of the Sales, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics subdivisions. This department is responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's sales and development goals also pricing strategy. Handles communication with customers and costomer satisfaction evaluation.
Law and Operational Efficiency Department
The Law and Operational Efficiency Department consists of: the Legal Group, Quality and Process Management Group, Information Systems Administration Group. This department is responsible for the company's legal representation, the preparation and administration of contracts and related documents, as well as the implementation of quality standards and compliance management, also the implementation and management of IT system projects.
Transport Management Department
The Transport Management Department consists of four Transport Management Groups, Drivers Planning and Travel Document Administration Group, Drivers' Training and Travel Expenses Administration Group, and Personnel Subdivision. This department is responsible for the implementation and planning of strategic goals for service delivery, planning of the need for necessary resources,performance of services according to customer orders. It also manages the management of the need for drivers and the organization of the work of the drivers' qualification center.
Maintenance and Operation Department
The main functions of the Vehicle Maintenance Group are the implementation and planning of strategic goals for the development, operation, and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. In addition, the management of the acquisition, sale, and utilization of the vehicle fleet.
Department of People and Organizational Development
The People and Organization Development Department is composed of the Team Building Group, Communication Group, Administration and Employee Safety and Health Group.
